A leadership assessment is a highly valuable practice for individuals seeking to gain a comprehensive understanding of their current state and unlock their full potential. My coaching engagements often begin with a leadership assessment, which I refer to as a "Deep Dive."* This immersive conversation allows me to gain a profound understanding of the leader on multiple levels. I delve into their leadership journey, uncover their unique qualities, and explore their dreams. This in-depth exploration becomes the foundation for a coaching engagement that is customized to their specific needs and aspirations.

Stakeholder feedback plays a vital role in gaining a comprehensive understanding of a leader's performance and impact. It involves actively gathering and incorporating input and perspectives from individuals who have a vested interest or are affected by the leader's actions. By collecting stakeholder feedback, the aim is to gather diverse viewpoints, gain insights into expectations, concerns, and needs, and develop a holistic view of the leader's strengths and growth opportunities.
Incorporating stakeholder feedback at the beginning of a coaching engagement is particularly beneficial. I initiate my coaching partnerships with a Deep Dive session and stakeholder feedback.* These stakeholder conversations include a discussion of the leader's strengths, the positive impact they have made, and areas where improvements can be made.
By collating insights and identifying common themes from these conversations, I compile a comprehensive summary that is shared with the leader. This serves as a valuable resource to inform the development of impactful goals and priorities for the coaching engagement.
By actively involving stakeholders in the feedback process, we foster a sense of collaboration and shared understanding. This inclusive approach ensures that the coaching engagement is aligned with the expectations and needs of the broader stakeholders, resulting in a more impactful and successful coaching experience for the leader and the organization as a whole.

The coaching journey commences with a Deep Dive session, an in-depth conversation aimed at understanding the leader. This foundational understanding forms the bedrock of the coaching engagement, which is tailored specifically to their needs and aspirations.
Following this initial session, will be a dedicated call to align on goals and expectations. By the end of this call, there should be clear understanding of the focus and objectives of the engagement. Together, I partner with leaders to work towards the realization of outcomes that are of utmost importance.
Throughout our coaching engagement, I offer bi-weekly or monthly one-hour sessions, providing a consistent and dedicated space for growth and development. My coaching approach blends high challenge and unwavering support.
